As if sprouted to shade giants,
they stand tall and
bioluminescent over the city,
like kingly towers
glowing blue against the night.
Surreal,
the mind tingles with the exhale
of warm air in the cold.
Walking under stars
with veins green blue, beating hearts, and
boots hitting the sidewalk.
